No, we are not Realtors. We want to make a purchase contract for your home. We are not listing your property on any MLS list.

2.) What conditions have you established when determining to buy our property?

We buy properties in any type of structural condition. We are able to purchase properties in any location. Lastly, we are able to purchase properties in various price ranges.

3.) What do you mean by "in any type of structural condition"?

We will buy your home "as is" and agree to buy the home without any repairs needed to be made.

4.) What if my property has structural violations with city code and/or is condemned?

We are still able to make a purchase of your property "as is" even with a future demolition scheduled.

5.) Do you deal in higher priced luxury homes?

Yes, we can deal with individuals who would like to sell their luxury home that may have a higher price range with any structural condition and location.

6.) What if I am behind on payments and/or facing foreclosure? Are you still interested and are able to purchase the property?

Yes, we are still interested and are able to help by purchasing your property. However, it would be preferable if you contacted us immediately. We are interested in making a purchase of your property under such conditions.

7.) What are your fees for your services?

We do not charge any fees for our services. We are interested in buying your home. We are not interested in charging fees for any consultation or services.
